Drivers coming into our Quincy, IL plant are met at the gate by the large sign above. As you can see, we’ve tried to be clear, concise, and direct in our directions for drivers. Heck, we even drew a map! There are always issues, of course, so we’ve also given two ways to contact us: CB and phone.
Given the layout of our Chicago-area plant in Alsip, where to go is much more obvious. The main information the drivers need is a) do I pull onto the scales?, and b) what are S & R hours, and c) where’s the office?
Where to go at our New Haven, IN facility can be a bit confusing, so recorded instructions are available, as well as direct contact with our Account and Logistics Coordinators via CB or phone.
No matter the location, Quincy Recycle does our utmost to make freight driver directions and instructions as clear and available as we can.
