Bryan Stokes
President
Bryan’s passion for waste stream management is second to none. He started with the company in 1995 as the Operations Manager in Quincy, IL and the rest is history. In his role as the President of Quincy Recycle, Bryan plays a key role in supporting business unit leaders and sales representatives to solve waste related problems for our customers. Bryan recognizes that the external environment and consumer demand within the industry are in a state of constant change and is committed to embracing change in a way that allows Quincy Recycle to continue as an industry leader. With four kids at home, Bryan spends his free time watching a healthy amount of youth sports.

Kurt McLaughlin
VP, Sales and Marketing
As one of our most tenured employees, Kurt has worked for Quincy Recycle since 2003. In his current position as the VP of Sales and Marketing, he puts his passion, knowledge, and skills to use connecting businesses across the US in a way that helps them meet their waste stream goals. His favorite part of working at Quincy Recycle is the team that surrounds him and the number of talented and dedicated people he gets to work with every day. When not at work, Kurt loves coaching his sons’ sports programs and Chicago Bears tailgating.

Philip J. Hildebrand, Jr.
VP, Finance & Administration
Philip oversees all corporate and enterprise wide administrative functions, including Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Risk Management, and Safety. He admires the spirit and determination of the Quincy Recycle team, and how they bring mid-western values, work ethic, commitment, and loyalty to every partnership. Philip and his wife, Lori, have been married for nearly 22 years and have three children. They are big sports fans, making an annual pilgrimage to Mesa, AZ each spring to warm up and get an early glimpse at their beloved Chicago Cubs.

Laurie Gilbert
Human Resource Manager
Laurie has been the Human Resource Manager at Quincy Recycle since 2015. She started with the company four years prior as the Customer Service Manager. In her current role, Laurie is responsible for payroll, employment offers, benefits administration, employee relations, and much more. She has a passion for working with employees and being able to help them find success at Quincy Recycle. Outside of work, Laurie loves to watch her son's sporting events, spend time outdoors, and cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys.

Reagan Costigan
Talent Acquisition & Development
Reagan supports managers through the hiring process by developing recruiting strategies, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating meet-and-greets between the candidates and managers. Reagan has a deep history in sales but has always had a passion for helping people. She loves being able to meet new people and help them find a role within Quincy Recycle that allows them to grow and become successful. When not entertaining her daughters with dance parties at home, she enjoys letting her talents shine with a good evening of karaoke!

Tyler VanDee
Environmental Health & Safety Manager
Tyler brings 10+ years of experience in Production/Warehouse Management. He oversees the daily operations of the Cedar Rapids plant while focusing on safety and production. Tyler has an MBA in Leadership from the University of Iowa and spent eight years in the USMC Reserves with one deployment to Afghanistan. Tyler spends his free time coaching high school wrestling and two youth football teams. He enjoys working out, playing bags competitively, watching Cubs baseball with his wife and children. Even though he’s a White Sox fan, he enjoys Wrigley Field’s atmosphere. The family bleeds black and gold- Go Hawkeyes!

Kelsey Hayes
Financial Controller, CPA
Kelsey joined Quincy Recycle’s accounting department in 2017 after spending 2 years in public accounting at a Big 4 firm. She accepted the Financial Controller position in 2022. In her role, Kelsey oversees the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Audit, and Financial Reporting functions. Kelsey has a knack for numbers and finds satisfaction in reporting Quincy Recycle’s financial performance to help leaders make business decisions. When not at work, Kelsey can be found spending time with family, volunteering for Junior Achievement, or planning a trip to explore a new destination with her husband.

Matt Garmer
IT Manager
Matt started his journey at Quincy Recycle in 2012 as a Financial Accountant creating the financial systems and reporting abilities of Quincy Recycle. In his current role, Matt is responsible for overseeing the technology systems, security, and operations of Quincy Recycle. He enjoys creating new avenues for the organization to use technology to gain efficiency and effectiveness. Outside of work, Matt and his wife have three children and spend time playing sports with the kids and riding ATVs on their property.

Chad Crawford
Cedar Rapids, IA General Manager
Chad is focused on growing the Quincy Recycle footprint in Iowa and surrounding states. He and his team bring value to Quincy Recycle customers by being a one-stop shop for all recycling streams, even non-traditional waste streams such as hazardous/non-hazardous waste. Timely pick-ups, transparent reporting, and excellent communication is the priority. Chad stays busy with golf, sports (Go Hawkeyes!), and family when not at work.

John Danker
Chicago, IL General Manager
John has enjoyed a long-tenured employment, starting with Quincy Recycle back in 2003. John worked in Maintenance and Operations Management before beginning his current role. John takes pride in how Quincy Recycle finds solutions for what many companies consider trash, sharing that Quincy Recycle has been able to recover Poly Kraft bags out of the landfill and recycle them. Outside of work, you can find John mowing his lawn, and the neighbor’s lawn, and that other guy's lawn. He loves to mow!

Michael Malloy
Indianapolis, IN & Fort Wayne, IN General Manager
Michael has served as the General Manager of the Quincy Recycle plant in Fort Wayne since 2013. He also manages the Indianapolis, IN location. Michael started his career with Quincy Recycle in Sales and now spends most of his time on business development. He makes recycling education a priority – educating himself and his community and encouraging others to do the same. Michael embraces the Midwest winters, and treats his family with a private ice-skating rink in their backyard every year.

Kyle is responsible for developing the plant and brokerage business through the talented sales, customer service, and operations personnel at Quincy Recycle. He has enjoyed learning from so many talented and committed people at Quincy Recycle, and always looks forward to working with new people in the industry to help grow each other's business. Outside of work, Kyle and his wife, Kimberly, enjoy coaching several of their children's sport teams.

St. Louis, MO General Manager
Justin dedicates most of his time to business development and sales management efforts. Justin started with Quincy Recycle in 2012 as a Sales Representative, and has a first-hand understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that exist for Quincy Recycle partners. He considers himself a recycling advocate that strives to understand the waste and recycling needs of customers and vendors. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors and with family.

Marshall Harting
West Bend, WI | Green Bay, WI General Manager
Marshall’s focus is providing leadership to the operations and business development teams, working closely with them to develop mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships with local Wisconsin businesses. Marshall has been in this role since 2017. He enjoys educating himself on industry trends and sharing that knowledge with Quincy Recycle partners. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his daughter's basketball teams and traveling to new destinations with his wife.
